Account data you type: name, email, brand, brief fields, typed signature, support messages, and product photos you upload. Payment data is handled by Stripe — we store customer and subscription ids, not card numbers.
To create your client record, produce ads, bill the retainer, and reply to tickets. We do not sell your list.
A session cookie is set when you log in as the operator or submit a public form (CSRF). Marketing pages do not use third-party ad pixels by default.
Stripe (payments). Google Gemini if configured (script and copy drafts). A local renderer (ComfyUI) on the operator’s machine. Hosting and backups you choose when you go live.
Client records and clips stay until you ask us to delete them or we wind down the account after cancellation. Stripe keeps its own records.
