Hookshot produces AI-generated, UGC-style vertical video ads on a monthly retainer. Volume follows the plan you pick at checkout (5, 8, or 10 clips). Clips are drafts until our operator approves them. Delivery is a downloadable zip and/or portal link.
You provide a brief, a product photo if you have one, and truthful brand facts. You run ads on your own accounts. We do not buy media, log into Meta/TikTok/Google Ads, or promise performance.
The onboarding agreement plus these terms form the contract. Typing your name on /sign is an electronic signature.
Fees are billed monthly in advance via Stripe Checkout / Billing. Production pauses if an invoice fails or the subscription is deleted. You cancel in the Stripe customer portal. Fees already paid are handled under the refund policy.
Do not ask us to generate illegal, hateful, or deceptive claims. Do not present clips as real customer testimonials. You are responsible for advertising-law compliance in your market.
After an invoice is paid, you may use delivered clips in your ads. We may keep internal copies for QA and backups. Your product photos stay yours; we use them only to generate your ads.
The service is provided as-is. We are not liable for lost ad spend, account bans, or missed ROAS. Our aggregate liability in a billing period is capped at the fees you paid that period.
